Service Scope: Elite Career Pathways provides CV/resume writing & optimization, cover letter writing, and LinkedIn profile optimization services. All services are advisory and content development based on information provided by the client.

Client Responsibility & Accuracy: The client must provide truthful, complete, and accurate career information, including job history, achievements, education, and certifications. All content is prepared based on this input, and final responsibility for accuracy lies with the client.

Revisions Policy: Revisions are offered within 7 days of document delivery and cover edits within the original scope. Full rewrites, career changes, or new job targets require separate purchase.

Payment Terms: Full payment must be made upfront before any work begins. Payments can be made in your local currency, and any processing or transaction fees are the client’s responsibility.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery depends on the selected package and timely receipt of client information. The first draft is typically delivered within 48–72 hours. Expedited delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Delays in providing information may affect completion dates.

Quality Guarantee / No Outcome Guarantee Policy: We optimize documents according to ATS standards and recruiter expectations. While we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, we do guarantee that all work will meet current industry standards and best practices.

Confidentiality & Third-Party Sharing: All personal and professional information shared with us remains confidential and is used solely for document preparation. We will only share your information with headhunters, recruiters, or HR professionals if you provide explicit authorization; your data will not be shared without your consent.

Ownership and Usage: Final documents are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared commercially, or reproduced for business purposes.

Communication Policy: All revisions and requests must be shared through official email or agreed channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to avoid miscommunication.
